Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur has represented Northeast Ohio in Congress since 1983 and is currently the longest-serving woman in either the House or Senate. She serves as Chair of the Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development on the House Appropriations Committee, Member of the House Armed Services Committee, and on the House Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth. Rep. Kaptur is the Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus, where she has been a consistent champion for Ukraine’s sovereignty.
